Analyzer update: from flagging issues to resolving them

Written by

Reviewing an insurance contract line by line, cross-checking every clause against a client's reference library or market references (LMA, NMA...), comparing two versions of a contract by eye: these are hours of high-value work — except when they're spent hunting for the discrepancy instead of fixing it. This new version of Analyzer tackles that lost time head-on, with features designed to turn checks and controls into concrete actions, and document comparison into genuine teamwork.

1. A list of tasks that turns checks into an action plan

Until now, Analyzer flagged non-compliance issues. It now automatically generates a to-do list of the actions needed to bring a file up to standard, built directly from failed checks and clauses that don't align with the client's reference library.

Why it matters: your teams no longer need to manually re-process control results to figure out where to start, prioritization is done for them. This turns Analyzer from a tool that flags problems into one that drives remediation, saving direct time on every file and reducing the risk of missing something before final sign-off.

2. A centralized reference library, searchable and exportable

The reference materials used to control your files are now grouped in a dedicated Library page for each workspace, and can be exported as a .csv file in one click.

Why it matters: your teams finally get a clear, single view of the reference frameworks behind every check, a real gain in traceability and confidence in Analyzer's results. The CSV export, meanwhile, opens the door to your own uses: internal audits, sharing with a client or partner, or feeding your reporting and compliance tools. Your reference data is no longer locked inside the tool, it moves wherever you need it.

3. Text comparison goes collaborative

This is the most significant update in this release. A new text comparison mode highlights every addition, deletion, and edit between two documents, side by side. Around this comparison, two new capabilities turn it into a genuine team workflow: a comment space directly on comparison results, and the ability to set a status on each difference (Flagged / Rejected / Accepted).

Why it matters: comparing two versions of a contract or clause by hand is slow and risky. A subtle rewording can easily slip through unnoticed. With this mode, nothing goes unseen, and every discrepancy can be discussed and resolved right where it appears, with no email threads or side files needed. Cross-reviews become more rigorous, and you keep a usable record of every decision made. It's valuable for internal review, and for justifying a wording choice down the line.

4. More flexibility in how you organize your workspace

Two additions make day-to-day document management easier: you can now add documents without immediately attaching them to a file (linking them later on), and delete an entire file in a single action, which automatically removes its associated documents.

Why it matters: you're no longer required to wait until a file's structure is finalized before you can start dropping documents into it. This can come handy from the earliest collection or preparation stage. And on the cleanup side, there's no more need to delete dozens of documents one by one to close out an obsolete or test file: your workspaces stay tidy with no extra effort.

In summary

This release moves Analyzer from a detection tool to a quality co-pilot: it identifies discrepancies, prioritizes them, documents them, and lets your teams decide and record every call, from the first read of a file through to final sign-off.
